WHY IS ANIMAL WELFARE IMPORTANT?

We are very aware that no animal should experience or live in any form of suffering. Animals are sentient beings, just like us humans, can have needs and feel, and if we are rational humans, then animal welfare should be important to all of us.
The topic of animal welfare covers a very wide range, but what we want to address at this point is the general functionality of this website. This website discusses in detail why Animal Welfare is so important, including why the existence of animals is so important for human well-being as well.
We need in-depth education more than ever, especially when we look at the current world situation. With the existence of various cases of violence, for example bullying, domestic violence, crime, lack of empathy, lack of mutual respect, climate change, extreme animal exploitation which is not only cruel but will lead to disaster and threaten the health of all living things. At this time, educators, parents and the government should realize that a combination of character building and education is a top priority.
This website is a forum for parents, teachers, the community or all other parties who want to make a positive contribution to society. We want to build a better society, we want everyone to learn about the importance of empathy. We want society to understand the principles of life: Mutual respect and care for all living things, that all life is important, not just human life.
We want people to understand that being a responsible member of society is important to make the world a better place and to always be able to act correctly/defend the weak when they see injustice.
All of the above can be taught through the principles of Animal Welfare.
