The virus purification kit is designed for fast and efficient purification of recombinant Adenoviruses from transfected cell culture supernatant of 1-2 T75 flasks. Up to 1x1012 viral particles could be purified. The elution buffer could be exchanged with any proper buffer and virus could be concentrated by using de-salting column (centrifugation column), which is included. Important: each purification column is used for 2 preps with the same virus.
