Made from STS-12 rope which uses the latest Dyneema fiber the Cyclone provides extremely high tensile strength and ultra low elongation. The Cyclone pendant configuration provides abrasion resistance at the chock and low stretch in the standing part of the rope. By eliminating friction at the chock it reduces heat generated failures while stretch in the standing part of the rope provides shock absorption to protect your hardware. The rope is coated with a proprietary tinted vinyl-based formula to enhance durability improve fiber-to-fiber abrasion and protect it from harmful UV rays. This combined low stretch - high strength configuration is ideal for boats from runabouts to megayachts.
