The VSH Shurjoint XH-70EP coupling is a robust, heavy-duty coupling designed for use with plastic-coated, cement-lined, or stainless steel pipes. It can withstand high pressures, up to 175 bar, depending on the pipe size, when used with machined EP cut-grooves and the appropriate pipe. The coupling's housing is black and comes with an EP (End-Protection) gasket, ensuring a continuous connection of the pipe's lined surface and protecting the pipe ends from corrosion. The standard EP gaskets are crafted from oil-resistant Nitrile compound.
