Combining a rugged snap-action SPDT switch and powerful mercury actuated thermal element this WHITE RODGERS flame sensor is suitable for use with natural, manufactured or mixed gases and with LP gases where means are provided for obtaining automatic pilot gas shut-off. The SPDT switch can energize an ignitor circuit to relight pilot, as with roof top units. Contacts close approximately 60 sec. after pilot is ignited; open approximately 40 sec. after flame is extinguished.
