Rabies is not only for the government to handle but also the society. We can together make efforts in preventing rabies from ever occurring in our neighbourhood and widespread. Here are the tips on how to prevent rabies that we must
do, starting with ourselves:

  • Do not adopt wild animals.
  • 90% of all rabies cases reported were caused by wild animals’ bite (The Humane Society of
    The United States).
  • Sterilize your pets to prevent overpopulation.
  • Wash the bite wound with soap and keep it under running water and immediately get medical help.
  • Vaccine your pets annually.
