Article 40 verse (2)

“Whoever deliberately violates the provisions as referred to in Article 21 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) as well as Article 33 paragraph (3) shall be punished with  imprisonment of 5 (five) years and a maximum fine a lot of IDR 100,000,000.00 (one hundred million rupiah”
