During the class, participants explored a comprehensive checklist for shelter management guidelines, essential for effective shelter operations. This topic is highly relevant as it provides practical guidance for shelter managers to conduct daily operations efficiently and in alignment with recognized animal welfare standards.

One of the most engaging sessions in this class was the group discussion on seven chapters from the shelter management handbook. Each group delivered presentations to evaluate the relevance and importance of the checklist in implementing it in their respective shelters.

The event not only provided valuable knowledge but also opportunities for collaboration and experience-sharing among shelter managers.
